Association Dues and Assessments
Dues are now payable for the period January 1, 2010 to July 1, 2010. A penalty imposed if payments are received after January 20. The current homeowner association dues are $400 per year. You should have already received your payment coupon. $200 is due January 1, 2010. $200 is due on July 1, 2010. Bills for dues are sent out in advance of the due dates to all Association members.

Lakes Homeowners Association, Inc.
Remember to put your
account number on your payment. If you have lost
your account number, call

Post dated checks are not acceptable. For
information on electronic payments, contact
