The Board of Directors of Ridgeview Lake Estates North Home Owner's Association ("Pasadena Estates") has a long list of accomplishments.

Since the Association transferred from the developer in the early 1990's, your neighbors have worked together to work on zoning issues, preserve the safety and welfare of the community by participating in Crime Watch activities, and oppose the location of the IKEA complex.

During this time, assessments have been kept to a minimum while a steady process of neighborhood common area improvements have been constructed and implemented.

The lake which is at the heart of our community is maintained by the Association, as is the entrance. Pasadena Estates has an active Architectural Review Board which plays an important process in preserving the integrity of our community aesthetics. The Board is charged with the responsibility of enforcing the Declaration of Covenants, By-Laws and Rules of the Community.
